This used to be a nice place to stay but in recent years it has become run down. • Broken security lock on the door. • No coffee maker in the room. • No toilet paper initially in the room. • Ice machine out of order. • Desk clerk didn't know how to access the Wyndham Rewards points system. The only positive was the room, beds, looked, felt, relatively clean.

We came for Pedaler’s Jamboree. A weekend the hotel KNEW would be super busy. The ice maker was broken so they had a small cooler for ice. WTH? Our room!! Didn’t even look cleaned other than the made beds (I’m afraid to know if the bedding was even washed or not). The carpet was FILTHY. Actual dirt on the carpet that had not been vacuumed. And the stains were disgusting. We would have left and demanded a refund it there had been ANY other rooms left available. The electrical outlet at the sink would not even hold a plug steady enough for me to dry my hair. The light switch at the door would not turn on the light… we didn’t try the breakfast because our friends who’d stayed the night before said it was BAD. …. just a very bad experience overall!!

Disgusting! Pool & hot tub c!osed. Carpet in room and hallways were filthy. Don't think the edges have been cleaned for a long time. Bedspead was dirty. Inside of microwave was dirty. Found clothes in the drawers. Not much water pressure in shower. waffles had a bad taste. Beds are ok. Good TV.

The location is great, we came here 2 days after a snow / ice storm and the parking lot was not plowed the sidewalks not clean. The building is currently being renovated only about half of the rooms are available but they don't tell you that when you check in you find out when they start hammering on stuff at 8:00 in the morning. We would stay again but will probably wait a while and call ahead to see if all the repairs have been done.... And whatever you do if you're driving a big vehicle do not drive back to the hotel park on the side of the road / entrance.
