We were also harassed by the manager there. Also she stole from us, not 5 minutes after we left to move out, we left our shed filled with some old random clothes and stuff, then she had her maintenance people come in and go threw my entire shed, passing out all my old clothes to her staff members and giving everything away. They even stole 3 out of four rims and tires off my truck, that were spotted on her maintenance guys truck later on!! She then took the whole shed and gave that away also! Wow right? Who knows, maybe she’ll get a raise and then she can afford to buy her own stuff instead of stealing it from her guests. Goood Luck!😂

They are a dishonest outfit and will keep your deposit. They kept my deposit with no proof or explanation of why. It took them over 2 months to send me a check for $18. Once I learned that this is what I was going to get back I sent an email, and they said they would get back to me but never did. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY!!

We lived there for four years, in that time things were quiet, previous management was less to be desired, the owner wanted my truck towed away because his personal opinion was that it was "ugly" well it was a work truck but it didn't look that bad. However after that bit of harassment was over the management was changed. The couple that took over were very nice and cleaned up the park as far as appearance goes. Overall the park is clean and safe and for the most part has nice decent people living there. The only draw back I see is a guy who likes to cause problems with tennants by way of staring, intimidating women and kids and antagonistic to anyone he does not like. He was not able to intimidate me so we had daily issues. They did refund my deposit quickly and they are trying to make it better.
