Yes there are and no there is no contract unless u choose. Not sure about the rent price. It varies. Deoends if you have been here for years or new to this park. Thetes a bunch of hocus pocus here. Choose a differant park. Im 62 handicaped and on a fix income . Dont have too many choices.
