Rude and difficult to get ahold of. I will not be coming here ever due to poor customer service. If you cannot treat people right over the phone, then this makes me seriously question the care during services. I wanted to try a new place for my kids to get their haircuts. I have been calling around different stores and made an appointment for my two sons. At first booking the appointment, the woman on the phone was very short, but I figured she was just busy. I recall her telling me our appointment was at 11:20. I called twice this morning to confirm the appointments, but no one answered the phone. I then called 3 minutes after the appointment time I was given (11:23) to say that we made a wrong turn but were almost there. The woman on the phone told me that our appointments were actually at 11 and 11:20 and then proceeded to tell me “If you are not here in one minute, then I cannot take your other child either”. Yeah. No thanks. I called our usual spot and was able to make an appointment same day, was spoken to in a very polite manner and even got a text confirmation within minutes of getting off the phone. This business should take some notes.

Great place to get your kids hair cut. We had a woman who did a great job. She seemed like she'd been there for ages. I believe she said 40 years she's been cutting kids hair. After watching what she went through I told her " I wouldn't do this for less than $40" you should have seen the look on my husband's face....I was just saying.... We took our son and grandson here. We will be back.

Just walked out of this unprofessional business. Jennifer, one of the stylists was arguing with me that I needed an appointment to have my daughter's hair trimmed. Their website says that walk-ins OR appointments are welcome. When I showed her on their website that walk-ins were welcome, she continued to argue with me and had the most ignorant attitude because she couldn't apologize for being in the wrong. I really hope that this individual is reprimanded for treating customers with such disrespect. We will never set foot in this place again. I encourage any one else to go to a different location.

We Chopped the Mop My 3 1/3 Year old finally got his 1st Hair Cut. Sad Day for Mommy. But it turned out to be amazing. He did such an amazing job. And the girl that gave him his hair cut was so patient. And she did an AMAZING JOB. The kiddos get to pick a movie they want to watch while getting cut. My son Sat in a Fire truck and watched Toy Story. He's a handsome little thing. Take your kids. They did a phenomenal job.
