Horrid experience, discussting rooms, we literally walked in and turned around and walked out. Got full refund. Curtains were torn, no air in lobby so u sweat like crazy just checking in, old, outdated, smell, mold in bathroom, just unsanitary and nasty all the way around.

Overall the stay was very good. I would give their customer service 5 stars. Very pleasant people and accommodating. They brought us extra coffee directly to the room themselves and made sure everything was in working order.

Positive: It was across from Walmart so I guess that's a plus..... Negative: Welp I got what I paid for, cheap hotel, the linen wasnt clean the front desk lady came in our room while we were gone claimed she came in to clean and make beds but the linen wasn't changed (I know the sheets were the same because it was a red stain!
