Just went through the drive thru. Rude little girl says we're not open. Lights are on. Cars in the parking lot. Online says 530 open I just went through at 545. Completely unprofessional and not worth the effort to go into cussing!!!!

The food was dry and cold. Double cheeseburger had burnt ends, was cold and was very sloppy and had ketchup on the top of the bun. Husband got a bacon quarter pounder and it was cold and he ask for no onions and they added extra onions. The fries were cold and hard. The wait was ridiculous for only one car in line at the time of our arrival. Staff was far from friendly. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Went to the McDonald’s in Ripley Tn ordered was told to pull up due to holding on fries . 27 minutes later no one bring them . Went back through the drive thru the waitress said they couldn’t take anymore orders . Told them I have already ordered and paid but didn’t receive all my order . She got mad cause I you’d her I wanted fresh food that the shut was cold they need to close the doors or hire better employees .

Ordered a fish sandwich, and let me tell you that it was awful! Bread was tuff,a spit of tartar sauce,and that poor piece of cheese was sad!
