I got my eyebrows laminated and tinted for the first time on Friday. This was also my first time at Rupi. The inside of the building was extremely messy and unorganized. The tech did not wear gloves even though she was touching the phone and other clients in between doing my eyebrows. The lamination solution she used was in a small tube that was also used on other clients which extremely unsanitary. A new tube or new brush should be used for each client and that was not the case. I would have left at this point if she didn’t already start on my eyebrows. Once it was finished, I was happy with how my eyebrows looked. Upon checkout, I was given instructions and a package with an “eyebrow serum” to use in case the hairs started to fall. I followed the instructions which stated not to get the eyebrows wet etc. for at least 24 hours which I did. Once I finally washed my face I noticed they did not look as laminated. I opened the “eyebrow serum” which was given to me and it was a LIP GLOSS. There was another tube in the package which was also lip gloss. No eyebrow serum at all. I’m very disappointed since the lamination is supposed to last 4-6 weeks and it’s only been three days. I will definitely not be coming back here even though my tech was nice. I wish I could get a refund.
