The employees were really unhelpful and rudeish. Not a good experience at all. I do not expect a good experience in Ripley, TN. Bad medicine there and considering the culture for that town. Cost 10.00 for 3 ice cream cones. No chocolate ice crwam only vanilla. No other flavers. Wish I could find a Braums. I think I will move to Oklahoma.

I visited this location today with my family and was very pleased with our service. I'm not sure who that sweet lady is that was running the front today but she was excellent! Her customer service and hospitality is something that you do not see today! I saw you guys had a manager needed posted on your sign.... if she is not one, there's your girl! She is awesome!

8 :30 pm Went threw drive thru....Couldnt hear the girl taking orders over the other employees in the back ground laughin and playing around...went to the window and was treated rudely....Ordered 3 chili dogs which all had burnt chili on them and the onion rings were burnt so bad you couldnt eat them....Im sure the food was cooked that way because of the way the order was taken...So, I do not recommend eating there nor will I eat there again..$18.00 wasted
