Positive: Location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Sofa beds are comfortable and the bed is comfortable. Negative: Given that the hotel was almost empty it would have been nice to have a room on the inside with outside chairs. Was directed to wrong side of building to find my room. Wish breakfast was supplied. Coffee was out in lobby but no decaf.

Positive: Large renovated property with amenities. Negative: The lobby was bright, clean and smelled wonderful. Staff helped to check me in at the front desk. Unfortunately when I entered my room I noticed the bathroom had a few dead bugs on the floor. The shower had hair on the walls as well as in each corner of the tub. The water pressure was so low, it seemed to be a plumbing issue. Called the front desk to make them aware that I had to clean the bathroom myself so my child could shower. They did offer us another room, but no compensation for poor conditions. The new room was also not that clean. Again, the shower had clumps of hair on the walls. Terrible cleaning services. They do have a laundry room, which is a plus. But it was absolutely filthy. I don't think the floor has been cleared in months. The whirlpool was out of service, which was one of the main reasons we booked with this hotel. To top it off, you have to call 24 hrs in advance to receive any sort of house keeping services. They do not willing empty garbage, replace toilet paper, provide fresh towels, etc. The cost per room isn't cheap, you would think they would provide some sort of cleaning services. Especially since I was there from Thursday through Monday. I would not be willing to return.

My king bed room was comfy. Cleaning couldve been better. Also, maybe add some more towels in the room. Cable barely any thing to watch besides sports and buying movies. The hot tub was closed when we specifically asked before we booked if it would be open. There soap in the shower smells good. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean.
