How long does it take to make a Big Mac and fries? Waited in a "reserved" spot for 30 minutes while other people came and went. Lots of their employees smoking and joking outside. This is absurd.

Just a little bit confusing for people unaccustomed to mobile ordering from McDonald's, because I accidentally went to the drive thru sign number three and entered the number three, until I was told by my son that there were two spots when you pull into the lot and arrive, that is not exactly visible or noticeable when you think about parking and people getting service in two drive thru lanes. Otherwise, fast and friendly service, as well as accurate only after about a five minute or so wait. Couldn't change my number three to a number two spot in the app, but the customer service team member knew how to locate me.

Paid almost $9 for a #1 with OJ. Got an OJ, a pie and a muffin with bacon and cheese 😂. The lady at the window even stopped me to ask what I had, then double checked my order and then proceeded to give it to me. Should have checked it myself too. Mickey Mouse Operation.

McDonald's is good sometimes but for the most part it okay.
