This is gonna hurt

When they say they will hold your dog hostage and charge you boarding fees so it is harder to pay your bill and give the threat they will gladly pass your dog to a new home if you don't pay when they say.....true scum of a vet don't be dumb like me and take your animal there.

Yesterday we had a goat emergency and our usual farm vet that we normally could not help us. I called around 18 different places until finally making the last desperate call to Henry County Animal clinic after someone referred me to try them. The very kind Vet talk to me on the phone and told me they would be waiting for me to arrive. Remind you it was the end of the day and I’m at least an hour away. Not only did they save our little goat, they went out of their way to stay late to help me. I’m so grateful for their kindness and compassionate care. Honestly while I was there I could not get over how kind and willing they were to help me. I know it may seem like the normal thing to do being in the field they are in but these days it’s not always the case. I was so worried and then thankful I didn’t even catch the kind doctors name. Not only was he so helpful, his sweet wife was amazing too!! Oh and they have the absolute cutest little kids! I’m glad I found this office if it was under stressful circumstances. It’s a little far from me but I do plan to visit Henry County Animal Clinic again. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kindness and compassion, I’m forever grateful!

Had a puppy with parvo on Memorial Day (of course it had to be a holiday!). Called the on call vet who called back quickly and met me at the Carroll county office and gave me everything I needed to be able to nurse my puppy back to health. I was so thankful for his kindness and for dragging him out on a holiday. Thank you!!

Great first impressions at Henry County Animal Hospital. The receptionists actually smiled and greeted my dogs and I. Dr actually interacted with the dogs and talked with me like i was a human which was a great change from the last veterinarian clinic we left. Fees were also lower, thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
