Customer service is awful. Attitudes. Dismissive, insulting. I could not have been more disappointed by the place. It’s a pity this is the only place close by. Words cannot describe how bad this experience was.

Wow. The receptionist was SO rude. I would NEVER take my animals here. Judging by the previous comment this receptionist has given others attitude as well and clearly by the response the office tries to justify it! Unbelievable! Edit** Again, why would anyone want to take their pets here?? Look at how condescending the replies are to anyone who comments on the RUDENESS of the staff! Crazy! My husband could hear the vitriol in the voice of the receptionist from across the room and he DOES NOT TOLERATE someone speaking to me that way. SORRY, not sorry!
