Me and my doggies were left waiting for half an hour before we gave up and went home. Jeffrey (the lovely receptionist) did say that they were running behind and thanked us for our patience. There was a dog being euthanized, so I totally understood. Yet, the manager of the practice, called to apologize personally, although it wasn't needed. If I was letting go to my pet, I would not want to be rushed. We were 'put out' for half an hour, we only live around the corner so no biggie, but I feel the time and compassion showed to the peeps that were losing their pet speaks volumes. I have only been to Roman Acres once before, but all told, I'm impressed. They care.

Please note that Roman Acres has been purchased by Dr. Shadduck and the crabby vet is gone! Everyone here is patient and kind. Dr. Shadduck is easy to talk to and work with.

Great vet and staff, they did all they could to help my old man out. Nobody else would take my poor guy because of covid but they did! I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets!

Every time I bring my pupper in, the ladies come out smiling and he looks like he just had the best time ever (even after shots). I don't know if my dog is weird, but he seems to enjoy going to the vet, or at least this one. If my dog loves it, I love it. It also helps that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are super reasonable when it comes to pricing. I recommend this vet, and my shotgun rider does too.
