Excellent food at a very affordable price (for Manhattan). The server was polite and punctual. My only negative, which does not effect my rating was it was noisy and it was at lunchtime. I will chalk it up to Happy Hour and $25 all you can drink mimosas and beer.

La cava is amazing! One of the few places that have wine from La Crema winery (my favorite)! Every option for food has also been phenomenal 👌! The truffle cheese on the cheeseboard is amazing as well! What makes the experience complete is the service though. If you go in and Reuben takes care of you, than rest assured it will be a great meal! 👍

Fun wine bar with delicious small plates and very friendly service. Prices are reasonable and they have a Happy Hour from 3 to 6PM.

I knew a young man who worked there back in the mid-50's. His first name was Carlo (can not remember his last name. He was the bookkeeper and bartended as well. Have often thought about him through out the years.
