After coming back to Agave after many years of not being in NYC (since pre-pandemic), it proves to continue to be a great and enjoyable brunch spot. Daniel provided excellent service. Well worth the money! You really get what you pay for.

The food is just okay but not great and some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The tables were cheap and the chairs need to be replaced. In the future I rather go to a fast food restaurant

Terrible experience. We waited 50 minutes and our drinks never came. Our waiter only came to the table twice in the 50 minutes period we were there and otherwise disappeared. We ordered 2 orders of churros and only one came. We then asked for the check twice, but again no one came. So after an hour we left cash with a tip on the table and left. Never going back.

May be too loud, especially brunch, I would not consider it a space for a 7 month old
It's like more of a restaurant than a bar so I don't think they care so much about ages..? I don't think you need a res on weekdays
