My experience with the staff was great. She was very helpful but I have not been there longer than 3 months and I have a 30% rate increase that I cannot dispute. I remember signing a document that says if I have a problem I allow for an arbitrator whose information I do not have. My goal with this rating it to ensure that other people have a more realistic rating than the one in their website which only has 5 stars by the way. Hopefully my complaint here can also help me to resolve my issue. Hopefully you guys do not have this experience.

I needed space again. I called the Carson facility where I rented before. As I hoped, Dana answered and she helped me get the right space for me. She was so helpful. She is a great representative. The location is very nice . The elevator can accommodate 2 carts at 1 time. It’s not real hot and stuffy like other places.
