Have not been able to pay over internet or phone they say that my account doesn't exist. I have been payin in person for months but yesterday they wont let me go inside there was no posting as for why no signs no nothing, the guard was rude seems like he was barking at me, it was 3 pm and they aparently close at 5.

I haven't had any issues with them, and been paying my water bill for years. The ladies on the phone are always nice and try to help me out as much as possible. No hate here.

Horrible experience !!! On hold over an hour and 15 minutes total. Nobody answers the phone. No way to pay the bill by phone if you are at work .If you don't have your bill , you can't push in any other options such as address, phone, nothing ! No shut off notice on my door prior, didn't receive turn off notice in mail either. Son is home sick with the stomach flu, cant flush toilets, enough said. OVERPRICED, WAY UNDER SERVED !!!!
