Exceptional Customer Service and Incredible Work! My job was a small, just some embroidery on a hat for my wife so I wasnt expecting to be treated the same as a large order of letterman jackets or anything however they staff at joys was very patient and polite even though I had no idea really what I wanted! I took in a hat and an idea and they helped me choose the right color and style, then gave me an estimated finish time. After a few days I kind of forgot about it and then got a cal today, a week BEFORE they initially said they would have it done telling me they had it ready! The finished product came out AWESOME and I could not be happier! I will surely be back for my next project and highly recommend any one needing embroidery work done do the same!
