I drove 10 miles to this location since the business hours say this location closes at 430 pm on a sSunda, And yes I understand I got there at 427pm , but I I only had a medium size trash cans full of water bottles. The were 2 other customers in line but the employee told me he would not take my recyclables anymore. I explained to him that I still had 3 minutes left. He still refused service to me. I called the main office, left a voicemail, and I never received a fallow up. I will never come back to this or any of their locations.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They r never open on time, someone typically shows up an hour late. Open time doesn't match Google and when calling customer service they had no idea. Even if they show up late and it's an hour before "lunch" they will still go to lunch after 1 hour. The machines almost never are working, transients hang out waiting for them to open while drinking beer and smoke weed right outside the recycle center. The employees are very rude and NEVER take glass. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if u have children with u.

I get in today and get get out worker just yell at me, we close. I ask him where else I can find. He said go all around riverside I don't know riverside. And then one of the man that bro front of just walk to me and start yell, have to call cop for this location, harmful rude and ridiculous worker. Never see him before

This guy is mad! He communicates with gestures and angry looks. Very unpleasant experience, but efficient.
