12/10 would NOT recommend anyone ever leasing here not only do i feel they price gouge for the area but half of the amenities you get as the pools and car wash are unavailable most of the time. Car wash has never been operational for the 10 months i lived here so far adding 200$ to the base rent on my lease renewal after there was a shooting outside my building involving 2 people who didnt live here. To top it off lost out an opertunity to move to a house i really needed because no one at the leasing office would get back to my realtor with my rental history here, after being notifed by not only me but also my realtor office. My rental history here should be no problem seeing ive paid my rent on time every month ive been here i would give negative stars if possible.

Warning - Lengthy comment... This is an awesome place with walking paths, gym, children's play area, even a dog park, car wash etc etc. But but, you can enjoy all these things if you are staying on the top floor or you have an empathetic and understanding neighbor, if you stay at floor 0 or 1. If you enjoy someone stomping on top your head at 1 AM and literally at any given time, this is a heaven because this place is abundantly blessed with the same. I complained to the management a number of times with no use. According to them, they have to witness the noise in order to even act [not to evict the tenant] and when you complain after hours they would have someone to call and visit you in 50 mins to 75 mins only, after you lose your sleep and ready to be awake for the rest of your night. They visit you for a good 10 mins to witness the noise and if nothing happens, they will leave with a note asking you to call again if that happens again. Awesome right !!! Irony is inspite of calling 911 for this, still the management doesn't accept the noise issue I complained about and nothing was done to fix it, even though I was told that the other tenant was informed about this. I m stuck here with the lease term and even after requesting them to move me to a different place or relieve me from the lease, they refused. I cannot afford the lease breakage and with no choice I have to wait. I told them I can record the noise for their reference, which they refused to accept and gave the same response- they need to witness the disturbance. This noise witness condition to act upon was never mentioned when I signed the lease, else I would have never agreed. You will enjoy this place if you look forward to experience what I have mentioned above. By the way the time now is 12.44 AM and my tenant was so kind enough to bless me with the stomping as usual and I am not even thinking of making a complaint as I know the outcome pretty much. Stay safe pals... Edit: After I posted my comment, there was a response from the owner that they investigated the noise and found to be within levels. This is not true. This report of within limits was months old and they are not talking about the recent noise complaints I raised and the turnaround time. I have video recordings of the noise issues. Noise tolerances vary from people to people. Not everyone can sleep in the middle of a rock concert.

Yes, it depends on the size of the apartment and how long your leasing is. For a 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms you can start paying about $1,170 with lots of amenities included. The apartments include washing machine + dryer and microwave.
