I can understand where people are saying these people are pretty rude but hey it is what it is, they aren't "customer service friendly" when they're trying to get a job done.. *fortunately the person that's working my case , Rob " isn't that bad I mean he was pretty direct and blunt but that's how it should be... Moral of story.. I will never let anyone borrow my car after this 🙄

I called because I got a 7-day notice. Very rude to me. I was scared because I didn’t want my license suspended. I kept calling to try to fix my problem because if I didn’t call, I was going to be in more trouble. When The lawyer answered he was like “Why do you keep calling and hanging up?! I am very busy! I have a lot of people to get to and you are delaying the process! You left a message and I was going to get back to you!” I didn’t know what else to say besides, I understand I’m sorry, and he followed up by saying “no I don’t think you understand! How can I help you?!” I said I got a letter and before I finished he said “what’s the claim number” I said I didn’t have it so he asked for my address and I think he noticed I was crying and he calmed down a little but I’m scared to call back. This agency needs better customer service and need to learn to treat people better.

Such a rude agent who will give you a call and not even allow you explain yourself. It's so despicable to have such persons talk in the name of a company in America where freedom and human rights a the core values

have to comment this firm on their consistent HORRIBLE service. This firm was assigned by my insurance company to collect payment of my deductible and they REFUSED to tell me anything about the efforts they made to obtain payment. Todd Davis said they have to follow regulations but wouldn't tell me what those regulations were. INCOMPETENT and RUDE.
