We have lived in Palos Verdes since 1974, finally settling into the Avana Apartments. Obviously, we've been around for awhile and know the secret to any apartment stay is the management team and their attitude towards residents. At Avana RPV you could not get better!! Susan, Marie, Ryan and Steve form a team that is listening !!, responsive and has your satisfaction as their major task! We were very lucky to have chosen Avana RPV and enjoy every 24 hrs here! Still no •electric vehicle charging station •on site cameras for security Still •filthy windows throughout (have not been cleaned since 2015) •missing lights in the elevators •dirty hallways •unsecured stairwell doors

Loving the environment at Avana. Our unit was pristine on move in and our leasing experience was top notch. The staff are helpful and friendly and communication has been excellent. The ocean views and fresh air are invigorating.
