Great dealership and great service from the staff here! When it comes to buying a car, let's be honest - it's no fun having to visit dealerships and play the games of price negotiation, upsells, and the hassle. At least at Acura of Escondido the staff were willing to talk honestly and directly about pricing, accommodating my requests, and they didn't have any of the silly "market adjustment" charges that many other dealers have been doing lately. Another key highlight was the guys here actually know the cars and their features, as well as the brand history. That sounds like an obvious thing, but you'd be surprised how many dealerships I've been to where the sales guys don't even know as much as I do about the cars! I live in San Diego so this dealership is about 30 minutes further away than some others, but I have been impressed enough that I'll try to visit them for service and other needs in the future.

During this time of price gouging across the entire new and used car market segment, we found Acura of Escondido to be an excellent choice because of their absence of markup on new vehicles. The vehicle we wanted was available at other dealers but with enormous mark-up, so we worked patiently with Zhou while he worked to secure the vehicle we wanted from the factory. It took about 6 weeks, but he remained honest, transparent, and held to his end of the negotiated deal.
