Worst car buying experience EVER! These good reviews have to be fake. Within 2 months of buying a car here it has been problem after problem. They supposedly fixed it on 2 occasions. Now the pos car doesn't turn on. When we called to get help on this new issue, reaptedley got hung up on by several workers there after telling them what the problem was. Remember staff at Escondido Auto Center, you're shadiness will always come back to you! 😉

They had a beautiful truck that I was very i retested in, the salesman helped out a lot and worked with us and we had a great experience with him. (I forget his name). The service department on the other hand did nothing but screw me over. I bought the truck knowing that it had some cosmetic issues that I had been told would be fixed. They didn’t fix anything on my truck and they put the wrong bumper and bumper pad on, it had chipped paint that you can see was “touched up” with a brush and had dropped down the side of the door, it had a new dent in it, and they didn’t fix any mechanical problems that it was having after I had bought it, which were covered under warranty. I 100% would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
