From the start, Jacob Trippey was beyond helpful to my wife and I. We've been in the market for an electric or hybrid vehicle. Dealership after dealership, we were having difficulty finding anything in inventory. Jacob listened to us. Hours after our initial conservation, we found ourselves 35 miles away at the dealership to see a Chevy Bolt EV. Jacob was very friendly and informative. He was kind to us and answered all of our questions. We took the car out for a test drive and absolutely LOVED the car. He informed us of GM rebates as well as veterans' discount. He wasn't pushy or didn't seemed eager to "just make a sale". In our case, he listened to our needs and gave us information to make educated decisions. As we got the paperwork written up, Jacob chatted with us, as if we were all old friends. It was a really nice experience in what has usually been a stressful and frightening time for me. My wife and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

WORTH THE DRIVE!!! Imran was the most efficient salesman I have ever worked with! I saw the Tahoe on line- drove 2 hrs. It was waiting for me when I came in. Quick and easy. I had called ahead of time to verify the truck I wanted was still in stock. Upon arrival, the truck that I had called about was right up front. After test driving, the buying process went smooth. They had no problem showing me different payment senecios. When it’s time to get a new Chevy I’ll definitely come back, even though it was a 100 mile drive for me to get there.

Went to Quality to pick up a trail boss. Miguel showed us an LT, a custom, and a refresh edition. The decision was simple, and I chose the LT. Miguel got us going to get the truck, paperwork, water, coffee, whatever we needed. Even had a minor setback but got everything situated and got this beautiful truck. Thank you Miguel!

I have 2016 Silverado that I got new from there and the service has always been good ask for a car wash too. Last service was $20 less than the quote
