Had the best first time visit at The Drybar! Such a relaxing and fun experience! Only thing is that they do not take any cash payments at this location (but will accept cash tips).... just as a heads up! I wish I could remember my study, I think her name is Christina (?!) - sorry - but she was incredible!

As an international visitor I was just applauded at my experience! I was over charged for the blow dry my daughter and I had done. Upon arrival at the salon I was asked for my credit card and it was swiped..then when we had finished I was double charged again. I realised this immediately as my bank notifed me that 2 transactions were placed in a short amount of time and from the same location. I went straight back in and spoke to the front of house Samantha who was not at all concerned in what I was saying....it was a holding fee I was told that would be credited...similar to Uber she said????? I requested to speak to the manager, Crystal who did not come out but was told if the amount didn't resolve to contact her. I have emailed Crysal and she told me that if the amount wasn't credited by Monday...it's now Thursday she would get IT to look into it.... Trying to contact her, not replying to emails for phone calls....this is just disgusting!!! I knew I had been overcharged immediately and the staff did not want a bar of it!!! Reading other reviews this is not the first time this had happened!!! We visited the US for 3 weeks and I visited blow bar in New YORK, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills all of which were pleasant experiences....shame on you Dry bar West 3rd!!! Where is the love and peace you're motto states????
