This is a terrible customer service phones location. I have been calling since 11a and have not been able to get an answer. I literally let the phone ring for 10 minutes and still no one answered. My delivery never showed and in trying to get clarity and resolve to no avail. This is very unreliable

The first time I called, they said they have Rug Doctor machines for rent. 2 years later I called and an employee denied ever having Rug Doctors at the store! So, I went in person and there they were! 4 of them! But all 4 machines needed servicing or were broken! Thank Allah, I noticed detergents nearby and realized I needed to budget for those too. An employee confirmed it. Today I called and spoke to Kai who patiently walked me through everything I would need to shampoo my carpets. bless her, cuz It turns out the detergents cost an additional $20-$35 ish. So be sure to budget for that if you plan to clean your rug.

Friendly and helpful floor staff, except at the cash registers. 🙂 You can self check out with debit/credit card quickly, but if you pay cash, there's usually one cashier and moves slow. The wait gets worse when the cashier asks the client if they want to sign up for company's credit card, and client accepts.🙄😕

There are acrylic dividers between customers and staff. Social Distancing markers too.
I've never seen any there , you should ask customer service .
Call the store
I don't work at Home Depot but you should go to their website careers.homedepot.com
You need to ask an employee, I don't work at Home Depot..
Check online or call the store.
No idea. Suggest you Google it. Their site is very up-to-date on inventories. I'm really happy with it. It tells you numbers in stock at each location and the aisle where you will find it. If they have it, you can order online and get curbside pickup service.
The tools are to you r right when entering the store they have gridersthere
No but you can order some personalized items here.
Yes, I've seen some people bring in their dogs
I think they are one of the few manufacturers of oil-based paint which is sold in California. I usually enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Yorba Linda Anaheim Hills off the 91 freeway, they have a better selection, or organize, larger square footage pad, and excellent service personnel. To me they are one of the few Home Depot Superstore which has 100% Staples. So many of the Home Depots in Long Beach, Cypress, Cerritos, Garden Grove, are all trashed. I used to like to go to the Home Depot in Torrance, I'd cross the street from the Lowe's store, but it too is getting trashed, and also the one in Tustin Center, is getting very junky and trashed. Yorba Linda is the only Home Depot which is not trashed to my knowledge.
Yes they have a variety of portable air conditioners brands and sizes
