I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and was already looking for another place to live within 3 months. Then there was a change in managers and maintenance in this last year. Brandy is the current manager, Joy is the new asst manager and Rodney heads the maintenance dept. Within less than 24 hours Brandy submitted work orders for my stove, which was a fire hazard and hadn’t worked from the time I moved in, along with 4 other repairs plus set up a handicapped parking space to accommodate my situation. This was all completed within the 24 hour period! This team has painted parking areas, additional lighting in same areas, and the grounds look great! It’s very obvious that Brandy, Joy and Rodney care about the tenants and take pride in what they do! As long as they’re here I’ll be staying too! I highly recommend Surrey Lane as a beautiful and comfortable place to live! My thanks to this fabulous team!!!

I didn't even get the mangers name. Over the phone she short with me. I went in to get more info thinking that would be better, it was not. She was very rude, and rushed me out the door. Said there was no openings and couldn't help me, though over the phone said there was. I went to several complexes this day, and many people seem to have the same issue with this manager. Will absolutely never consider this complex again.
