Employees are nice and helpful. Got my problem solved. Sign in on the computer when you enter the store. The tablet had issues when I used it. I had to push the touch-screen buttons more than once before they worked. No phone cases sold here. Overall, good experience.

After two yrs rate were increasing. I called to o get new bundle only to find they gave me HBO and showtime. Something we never watch. After my setup next day I went to Magnolia Network which I wanted, then seeing I do not have it. I called only to hear it was not added as I wanted. I said again you have ripped me off. JUST CANCEL CABLE, YOUR SCAMMED PRODUCT. I don't miss it at all.

Have like 6 people standing around and two guys dealing with a group of 30 people in the room, we ask why spectrum advertising 49.99 for internet and he is telling us the cost 75 for us!!! Because we are customers oready and the deal was for new customers!! Spectrum doesn’t care about loyalty. Very disappointed

The service is slow and horrible. I waited 40 minutes to speak with someone about buying a new phone. The guy couldn't locate my account and was rude to me. I told him forget it and went to T-Mobile - literally in the same plaza - where I got help right away and I got a free phone (the one I wanted coincidentally) just for switching service. They transferred my number, photos and contact info for me, set up my new phone right on the spot, instantly cancelled my spectrum service and then test everything out to make sure it was all working before I left. I left the spectrum store angry, left T-Mobile happy as can be.
