In full disclosure I am a diamond member so your results may vary, but if you have status see if you can get a room on the top floor. Ceilings are very high and makes the room feel big. From the outside you may think it's an old hotel but from the lobby, to the super wide hallways on my floor, to the modern rooms it was a bit of a surprise. The made to order breakfast was great. My only knocks.....the sign maker on room locations should be fired (some rooms have conflicting signs so it always felt like a maze to find the room), the first room we went to was listed as a king bed (it was not) but front desk got us into a new room), and the parking price seemed rather high (there's cheaper covered lots a few blocks away if you don't mind a 5 min walk). All in all one of the nicer embassy suites I've stayed in.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! We appreciated the opportunity to check in a bit early, the recommendations from Rebecca, the general manager, and the pleasant interactions we had with the staff. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. But most importantly, it was incredibly clean. The evening reception offered great selections, and breakfast was per the usual, amazing! The location is totally worth the money!

The accommodations here at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville downtown are phenomenal. The aesthetic is very modern, with water features and tasteful decor throughout. The hotel manager, Ricky Thomas, leads by example with a staff that is both professional and wonderfully hospitable. The hotel itself is spotless, despite my never having seen even one unsightly maid cart. The rooms are incredible and very large. I am in hotels more than 200 nights out of the year. I’ve stayed in all of the nice hotels in this city and the next and I must say that from here to California and back this hotel is my favorite. Not only for the obvious reasons but for the little things as well…the free breakfast made to order, the free bottled water in the workout room, the inviting atmosphere of the pool and game room, the list goes on…KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!

Quiet during the time we visited so it was very nice. Rooms have basic appliances but the hotel overall is very modern. The bar in the lobby appears to be closed if that is something you're looking for. They do still have the 5-7 complimentary drinks however. Pool area is underground which is neat and there's a small room with 3 arcade machines.

Idk sorry
The Lobby Bar does not belong to the Embassy so you would have to ask Brendan catch 23 that's whose bar that is. Our bar is on the 3rd floor & stays open til 11pm.
Sorry, I never visit the pool. There's one bar at the lobby and another one on the 3rd floor.
The suites have 2 doors. One to the bedroom. One to the front room. One is a full size regular door the other is a pocket door.
Pool hours are 7am-11pm. Breakfast is 6am-10am m-f and 7am-11am on Saturdays and Sundays
