I had a very good experience with this location. I was there for a Servant Leadership Conference and they took very good care of us! The food and bar are both great and the customer service is exquisite. I did have an issue with the check in process through the app; however, it was resolved in a timely manner. I would be remiss to mention that because it is close to the airport, the take offs are quite loud; however, that is to be expected. Overall, I would stay at this location again.

This is my go to hotel when I visit Louisville. It’s close to the airport and campus so it’s a no brainer. I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences here. Always clean, everyone is so nice, and you can’t beat the location if you’re in and out for business. The menu in the restaurant has just enough selection to make it nice to stay in for dinner and drinks. Kelsey and Jason run a great operation in the bar/restaurant. Always friendly and attentive. I will only stay here when I visit Louisville.

I am an author and I stayed here for the Committed in Louisville signing event. Front desk staff was phenomenal, the housekeeping and maintenance staff when we encountered them in passing in halls and elevators were likewise friendly, chatty, and wonderful - the waitstaff at the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired when it came to seating and coffee refills, but the kitchen staff at the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location was just fine, and it was a short jaunt to the things outside the hotel that we needed to do. The only problem or downside I really had was as a signing author the tables in the ballroom for our event were a minor disaster. Super narrow, it was a disappointment and a hassle attempting to display anything but we all managed to work around that. Overall, even with the tables and the disappointing breakfast experience 9/10 would stay again.

I think 5 nights was about the limit for comfort. The staff was awesome. The room could use improved bedding. Water was great. Hot without waiting forever. Cold when wanted. Parking is acceptable and there is a Cracker Barrel right next door. The dinner establishment is clean and friendly but as is to be expected at any hotel, very pricey. I will say this though, the young lady in charge of breakfast was a bundle of joy and freshness that made the morning easier to live with.
