The staff was amazing. Really helpful, nice, accommodating and did a great job. The hotel itself could use some updating, especially the carpets. They REALLY need to be replaced. Overall the hotel is clean and safe.

I've stayed at this property each year for over 10 years. What keeps me coming back is the staff. From manager Michelle to her entire staff, they're awesome. Always helpful, courteous and willing to make your stay as best as possible. And there's always a surprise gift for the Derby!

This is a very clean and well ran hotel. It is reasonably priced and the location to the Horse Track can’t be beat. The service is outstanding (both of our stays).

Everything was great after a minor glitch with my reservation was corrected by the front desk staff; they were so helpful. The only issue I found was the bathroom was in need of repair/updating to the tub area (tile had cracked and was caulked but not yet replaced). There was a lot of road noise from the street and a train passed through at some point but those things are pretty typical based on where a hotel is located.
