What a wonderful experience I had with Stephanie at Nanz and Kraft. We live in Pennsylvania and always send something to friends in Louisville for the Derby. Usually it is just the same old roses, but this year my husband happened on the Nanz and Kraft website. They had the most wonderful selection of Derby-themed arrangements. When Stephanie arrived to deliver our gift, no one answered the door or answered the phone. She called me and we strategized about what to do. A few minutes later, Stephanie called me back to say our friend had just pulled in the driveway. Couldn’t ask for more personal service than that. And our friend was thrilled with the originality and thought that went into their arrangement. Our grandson lives in Louisville and is getting married there in October. If he and his fiancé have not already contacted a florist, I will highly recommend Nanz and Kraft.

Ordered flowers on Wednesday, before Valentines Day! Where supposed to be delivered on Friday before 3 at my wife’s work, was told could they deliver them the next day (Saturday) by 3 ! Called at 4:45 after my wife had left work , still waiting on flowers!!!

We ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday from out of state. So glad we went with an independent florist shop. Excellent customer service. Easy ordering. Prompt delivery. Great order updates throughout the process. I know who my favorite Louisville florist is now!

The florists are super duper nice here! They fixed/remade my friend's horrid corsage(she got from another shop) for prom without hesitation. So easy to get along with :) I highly recommend! Plus they have solid, fantastic taste in flower arrangement.
