Panera has a lot of new menus items and I am looking forward to trying them. Last night I had one of their charged lemonades which was very good. The 4 star is because it was 8:00 at night and mostly empty but most tables were dirty.

Great place. I liked the dude bagging food. He was really encouraging & positive to the people cooking the food. Positive feedback will make for happier employees.

Ordered group sized chicken noodle soup to go for my sick child so I didn't have to leave them alone. It was 99% broth. For $20 I could've had a gallon of homemade soup. Very disappointing.

Says it closes at 8, but it's 7:45 and there's a lot of us out here si ce they're closed already. AWFUL! No milk available, you have to ask for it. You ask for almond milk, this is what they give you: just a tiny little bit. Might as well not give me any. CHEAP franchise! You order "rapid" pick up, they only put the cup there for you to prepare it. Why then do you make me select coffee and creamer type on the app if I will make it myself anyway?
