The young girl who works here would rather ship out an item and not tell you the shipping cost is more than you initially paid and then when it arrives to the destination they have you pay shipping adjustment costs! Very unprofessional service done by her I would suggest having people who actually want to help you out working instead of someone who’s just there to get a paycheck. Very upset I got charged for overdue postage after it got tendered and assuming everything was correct when dropping off packages!

This Post Office is a busy Office but lines move quickly. The agents are friendly, fast and answer all questions. I enjoy coming here.

late noon of this friday, appreciating the patience of two of ms. counters for working on an order of international package at 10452 rush st on june 25, "21 at 20:49 p.m.(p.d.t.), tuesday of this noon, the cost went up four times than normal pricing after xin chen realized the boxes in the corner of usps store for packaging were priority mail by one day delivery, suggestion of packaging items by using your own boxes on july 6th, "21

Hoa Mulan

This is the worst USPS office ever. People whom work here are really bad and they are rude. 3:30 closing time for package drop off!!!!! They close @ 4!!!! One of the Vietnamese lady weight our box and return to our office because it for 2lbs less even though it more than 50 lbs package. Our scale was not accurate that particular day. 2 lbs less does not effect the shipping cost that much, not a $1.00 difference. We lost $70 of shipping fee since the label had been scan and return to us; Shippo will not reimburse us. Thank you Vietnamese lady!!!!
