I popped two tires on my truck while driving so I looked up tire shops, and I found many shops near by , but I decided to call Firestone on a whim because im familiar with their roofing products. I was unsure though I didn’t want to be overcharged for tires , but when I spoke with Cheyenne , she sold me on a set of all 4 new tires, for a great price! Then I was informed that my studs and lugs were totally damaged and they would need to be replaced. But robin came up with a solution and informed that they would cover the cost of full replacement. Anyways I have my truck back and it looks awesome now with cool looking tires and the annoying rattle is finally gone while driving and it’s aligned great now. Thank you all so much!

Horrible experience! They are Very dishonest! They will give a misdiagnosis on purpose to charge more money. They gave my wife a different diagnosis and a higher price for the same issue I brought the car in for. I have tried to reach someone in a higher position by phone and email to discuss the issue for 3 months. Still haven’t been able to speak with anyone!

Extra shout out to Brad and Cheyenne!! When my son discovered a screw in his tire on a Sunday afternoon...I called Firestone who was surprisingly open. They were short staffed but said to come on in and they would see what they could do... wow! Turns out the screw was superficial and easily removed. After a quick soapy water test was successful we were on our way! Amazing customer service!! Thanks again for helping us!

It was a challenging day, for each of us. I was treated well, & with kindness, & patience. I hope to buy tires, there - if I ever have money, again. Yes! Since posting this review, I was able to return, & different people proved this place is awesome - no matter who works, there! Thank you! 😊
