I ordered a package for college that was quite important and I had it shipped to my P.o. box and when I went to go pick it up I was told by one of the employees (who was very rude) that it had been picked up. I’m the only person whom has access to pick up the mail. so how does it get picked up by some random person… Thanks a lot warwick post office.

This has got to be the lowest rated post office in the area.Many times packages say they’re out for delivery especially on Saturdays then they take it back to post office and deliver it a day or 2 later

Just rude I'd say if it weren't for one woman being outright hostile and that was just from me dropping something off that I didn't even need a receipt for! I can't imagine what she puts customers needing service through!

Not at the Post Office. Try calling local banks to see if they provide notary service and if they will let you in. Real Estate or lawyers are another possibility.
You should have a slip in your mailbox that you can bring to your post office. I find that most of the time it's because it won't fit in your mailbox and they don't want to leave the mail truck.
I contacted Amazon let them know and they resent a new package.
