Very fast service so don’t be discouraged if you pull up and see a long line! The price of the food has gone up but still worth it just for their fries!!!

I placed a mobile order at this Rallys and they accidentally gave me a door dash order and gave door dash my order. I went back to the drive thru and showed them the receipt for my order. The manager became very hostile and said they made that order and gave it to door dash. She said they couldn't make it again. I was shocked because she was refusing to give me the food I paid for because they mistakenly gave it to someone else. They also refused to give me a refund. This is the most shocking experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant! *edited to add that I spoke with the general manager the next day and he was very accommodating. He said he will address the issue and offered to replace the food that I never received. That was greatly appreciated.

You guys let anyone work for u Nathan Williams gets high in your bathroom an he’s always high at work he’s a very dirty person an should not work There he has took someone atm card befor an used it he’s try to get with all the young girl at the place an talks dirty to them to where a girl has papers out on him he like to send dirty pic tooling in the bathroom of the place you let a junkie work there that’s sad

The slowest so called “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food isn’t bad but I swear this is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 minutes for a simple burger n fry meal with only 2 cars in front of me. That’s just awful customer service.

Who are you trying to ask this question to? rally's? Do you know that Google Maps is not rally's Human resources? I know it is tough, but top posting and texting and actually go have a personal conversation with the manager.
