Staff in here used to be very helpful, but I must’ve been in there for an hour looking around and I was never once approached by an employee for assistance. I was fully intent on purchasing but after a while with no help, I opted to simply price scout & do my buying either online or at another location. You can tell these employees get no incentive for sales, or anything like that. They seem to care less.

Curb puck up. Didn't work thru website they sent. Sent me multiple emails for curbside pickup. All were useless. Went inside. Then good service from all. People waiting at door to offer help.

Smart kids are really helpful. I'm older and get frustrated easily with technology. The young man that looked at my computer didn't laugh at all when he turned it on and discovered there was nothing wrong with it but me. Great store!

Making purchases from this store will be my first and last time especially if they can not 100% guarantee me the same delivery drivers. I made two purchases on the same day, requested to have both orders delivered on the same day… it didn’t happen. First order came with Mr. Sterling and his crew of trainees their was nice and respectful and didn’t leave until everything was to my liking. Here it is the next day where my 2nd should have been here between noon-4. They deliver driver Hector calls around 10ish saying he will be at my home in the next 30 mins…No problem I rush out the store to get back home. Just for him to call back as soon as I got home to say he can’t get throw the gate and can I meet him to come get my purchase 😒 I then asked him to hold on and called up to gate so I can see if they will let him onto the installation, they guy told me yes all he had to do was come get a passed! Needless to say Hector didn’t reply or call back. When I called the National number because the store number is just for show nobody can get in contact with his supervisor to have him come back today. Nor was anyone understanding that today was my only free day and how much of an inconvenience this is. So when I call to cancel the order… well guess what’s I have to wait another day to do that because it’s still saying in transit when it really not! If you do order from E-town Bestbuy I hope Mr. Starling and his team deliveries it because Hector wasn’t it!
