The food was ok. There was a hair in one of the brocolis. My brothers order came wrong. The only good thing from this visit was the service and the bread. Very pricey for what you get.

This is the first time my server offered more coffee at a Red Lobster. I'm sitting here in shock. I eat at Red Lobsters all the time, this is blowing my mind. My last visit in a Wisconsin Red Lobster I asked for coffee with my dessert and got it when I was finished. Well done :)

We got the family feast it was so good and stuffed mushrooms and cheesecake all so good except for the steaks. Cooked wrong and very dry. The lobster tail and shrimp were so good I'm already craving more!

Our waitress was fantastic! She had great suggestions, she checked on us continually and was very entertaining! Our food was delicious 😋 and we all got full! Be ready for a long wait, 30-45mins, very popular place!

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
