Scheduled & confirmed an apartment tour with the leasing manager for Saturday, October 1st. Drove an hour & a half on the tour day just to walk into the clubhouse to see that the leasing office was closed that Friday (9/30) and Saturday (10/1). No one bothered to reach out to give a heads up that they would be closed or needed to reschedule. Left a voicemail for the leasing manager as that was my only contact number and no one bothered to acknowledge or return the call. Wasted trip & unprofessional!

What a great place to call home! The apartments are very comfortable. Juliann and Nicholas in the office are pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating. Dealing with them is always a pleasure! Ryan, in maintenance is also outstanding. He goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly. Also, extremely pleasant to deal with. We have Valet trash removal 5 days out of the week. So easy to just put the can supplied outside your door in the evening. The trash room on the first floor is always open if you wish to dispose of your trash yourself. Management schedules awesome activities for the residents! The property is kept neat and clean. There is an amenity fee just like every other complex. It's paid once a year which may seem high, but if you break the amount down as a per month fee, it's really very inexpensive. We have a fitness room, computers available, a great community room, gas grills, fire pit, and a pool. Unfortunately with the state wide lifeguard shortage, the pool can not be open every day. Management tries very hard to have it staffed. My husband and I are very satisfied to call the Pavilion home!

We are very disappointed with each time we have visited this complex. We have family that lives here, and boy has it gone downhill over the last year. First - there is garbage EVERYWHERE! Literally. They require everyone keep black trash cans outside of their apartments to place their garbage and bags in, that will be "emptied" daily. But it's not actually emptied daily. Frequently hallways or apartments are missed. So no matter when you walk through the halls, there is garbage everywhere. It smells, and it's messy. I am not sure why they don't use the designated garbage rooms? Or just ask residents to use the dumpsters outside? But it's gross. Second - residents are required to pay a huge amenities fee. Fair, most apartment complexes require that. But often, the amenities here are closed?! We have traveled in three times this summer to visit and use the pool, and twice it was closed for no staffing. Today we arrived for a third attempt, and the lifeguard said it had to close in 15 minutes (4pm) because the complex could not find lifeguard coverage. They do not notify residents when the amenities will be closed or inaccessible, so it is a hit or miss when we drive in for a visit. Extremely disappointing. Also, it doesn't make sense when the residents still have to pay a fee when the pool has been closed more days than it has been open this year. Very disappointing. I wish management would make some positive changes for the residents. This complex is in a desirable location and has potential to be great.

My family recently moved in and we are so happy with our new space. The staff is wonderful and always available to help. We were worried about the noise level but we have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the whole building is. The property is always clean and well taken care of. We are very happy with our decision to move to the Pavilion at Raritan.

Hi Jean, Unfortunately, our apartments are only for rent and not for purchase. We don't have any or know of communities in the area, especially apartments, that offer apartments to buy. I would recommend reaching out to a local realtor! Best of luck!
