The place was great! Such a great adventure, experience, and staff! The place was so large and full of detail. It is so fun for the kids, teenagers, and adults. Would very highly recommend you come back. The conductor Bo was a great guy and the lady at the front desk, Emily was great. Can't wait to come back! There is always something new! -Mathias R.

Very fun for any train fan. You will not understand the scale until you get here, there are so many trains!

My wife and I just went at end of November and they were open.
The parking lot on the south side of the building has 3 pull through spots that look like they're for busses. Your semi would probably fit there.
I'd say about 2 to 3 hours. I don't know, It's been a long time since I've been here.
Thanks for everyone stepping in to help with this question :) Right now we are closed until July 7th for updates. Calling Northlandz is always best though. I am not the owner, but have taken over website updates and checking google business (which cant always update fast enough) so things should be more updated and responsive as we move forward!
Yes you need a ticket. There are many ways to buy the ticket and multiple types of discounts are available depending upon criteria like military service, first responders etc.
You can stretch it to a whole afternoon if you want, but you can see it all without rushing in two or three hours.
Wednesday through Monday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Closed Tuesdays.
You got to take your time and do a complete walk through. It is a stunning display. Not to be missed! !!
Yes we are open. we are also open on july 7th. Our normal business hours. Sunday - Thursday (10am to 6pm) Tuesday Closed Friday - Saturday (10am to 8pm)
Hit or miss. Like Baugh said, call them. Group of train enthusiasts who volunteer. They love what they do.
