I too had a herendous experience here. I placed a moble order for the drive through and then was asked to enter the establishment because they were under staffed, which I did. Once in the store I stood there waiting while four cars went through the drive through. It took forever! The service is terrible! Not to mention the fact that I got a coffee that had something floating in the bottom of it. When I emptied in the sink it was slimmy like someone had spit in my coffee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Great service and super friendly employees. The iced lattes we're better than other locations I've gotten so five stars to all the employees there! Also very clean.

I was disappointed by the customer service. If they had a little more organization it will make a difference to order and get food faster. I spent over 20min for two toast that were sitting in the counter for long time. And the line was extremely long inside and outside.

Horrible experience. Received an incorrect drink order. Employees were confused and unwilling to help customers. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my carry out order of 2 drinks and 2 bagels. Upon arriving home, both bagels were burnt black and had very little cream cheese even though I paid for extra spread. I regret visiting this Dunkin’ location and won’t be back. Don’t even bother sitting in the ridiculously long drive through or going inside. You’ll regret it.
