Only giving this 3 stars because I asked if there were any promotions that are going on for memberships and person signing me up said no. I got a call a week later from someone else asking me if the person that signed me up told me about the offers that come with a new membership this month. I answered no and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me the offers I missed out on. Turns out I was able to add a second person to my membership for free. I also asked about DMV Real ID Services. I was told that I needed to make my appointment online through the DMV and I would be given the option to pick AAA for my appointment. DMV had no such option.

AAA does not renew driver's licenses.
I am not certain about scanning the certificate at the AAA DMV Kiosk. I was able to scan all docs and my AAA Roadside membership, I got my renewal certificate and sticker, 2021/2022 at the AAA Office in Santa Cruz.

Yes. DMV rep come to Camarillo AAA branch to help process. But appointment is needed, I'm told. No walk in for the time being.

Yes the Camarillo branch does take passport pictures. No appointment necessary. Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm & Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Cost of passport photos range from $5 to $15 based on your level of membership.
