They need to fix this parking situation. They claim it’s always been a thing of not parking outside our home yet they let years and years pass by and now are BARELY doing something towing our cars away while we sleep. Worse manger ever. GET MORE PARKING INSIDE THE PARK. With everything going on in the world right now & we have to deal with these cruel people.

I read some of the reviews, and I was very hesitant about buying you. But I did and that was about 6 months ago and I really like it here, I like my neighbors I like everything about this place there's no issues with internet I haven't seen anything to lead me to believe that there's any gang activity, everybody seems really nice, my neighbors and the management. I personally would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I'd be careful buying a place there. Rent only if possible. You don't get much for your monthly space rent. Following up on the lack there for the elderly and disabled. :(

I lived for approximately 3 years and I love it. Whenever I've needed something or advice the staff is always helpful. They have several assistance programs. The pool and spa are always clean. They care about the residents, will go out of there way.

Rent space depends on the lot size. I think the range is between $800-1600
No. Pretty sure not. There is an parking area, but you have to pay extra to park your winnebago. Mobile Homes and Pre~builts.
People usually buy a mobile home and then pay for a lot also
No you can't walk your dog anywhere inside the park for any reason they are not pet friendly
No mobile homes for rent. You must purchase a home to live in the community.
The spot rent is like a 1030.00a Montt
It depends on size of the lot but right now its about 1150.00 add utilities as well they can raise it but you will get a 30 day notice at minimum and they have long term lease options that lock the price I believe but if you sign it you have to pay it even if you move and don't get a buyer right away someone has to be paying it for the length of the contract
