We frequent this taco bell because we love the food and it's very close to home, but we simply cannot afford to come here anymore. With rising gas prices and inflation it's really a nice time for us when we get to eat out. With that being said, not only has this location messed up orders MULTIPLE times, but the employees here literally don't care to do their job correctly. They're always on smoke breaks out back or near the dumpster, which makes ordering take forever when there's literally no cars in line. I have tried reaching out this location to speak to a manager about missing food but they never answer their phone. I can't believe the owner/corporate tolerate this kind've behavior especially in a restaurant setting. Its pathetic.

They totally botched this order. I ordered the food choices I wanted, and they could not even follow simple instructions. I paid extra for food items I wanted added and they left iut half of the food items ordered. When I placed the order, it was like they was doing me a favor by taking the order. I was the customer, ( I say that in past tense, because I will never go to there taco bell again), and they treated me like I was beneath them. Fortunately, I've gone to better taco bell restaurants and have had better. In the future, I'll visit those places .

Wow I have never seen Employees like these. How is it that every single time I ever go, something is always wrong. There should not be this many problems. What's the point of staying open when you only have tacos? Plus driving 15 miles for Uber Eats orders that never even are seen by the restaurant itself? Not cool, Brian. Not cool.

Ordered through door dash. Food tasted horrible. Asked for mild sauce, received none what so ever. Asked for a quesadilla with no sauce, got a messed up quesadilla covered in spicy sauce, so my child could not eat. Horrible packaged.
