Took the same documents I used to get my real id the first time. Was told I couldn't use them. Had to be a bill, bank statement etc. I asked can they just scan the portion that shows name and address. That's all they need anyway. Nope!! They need to scan full documents. That's really to damn nosey for me. Then she gets upset cause I'm not happy with them being nosey. You don't need to see what's in my bank account or who my utilities and credit card is with. That's just how I feel.

This place is NOT what it was 4 years ago. It's become the cliche that plagues so many DMV's where you wait an hour in one line only to be told to go wait an hour in another line........I left there to go to Maplewood DMV where I was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Very fast and no problems at all. At first the woman seemed a little annoyed for no reason ( I'm assuming from a previous customer) but after she warned up to me it was good. I had a very smooth transaction.

The parking isn't sufficient. The ladies inside were kind and fast. The office is small but if you go at the right time it's quiet and they are able to assist quickly. We spent all of 10 minutes there to register our new vehicle. Thanks for a good experience.

No you normally would grab a number but due to social distancing there's a line formed outside this could have changed since my visit 3 weeks ago
