No emergency person on site?!??!! Forget the fact that calling them is like playing a lottery. Maybe you will stay on the line for half an hour, maybe they won’t even answer the phone or maybe they would simply hang up (which happened numerous times and it’s certainly was not my phone). But that’s fine, since Covid ever started it feels like 7/10 business would have the same issues, including absolutely untrained people (that’s another issue here but I won’t go into that) But what is really remarkable is that there’s no one on site in case of an emergency situation, not even a guard person. The alarm went off at 4 AM, so I called to ask what’s going on. All I was told by the operator is that she can take my name and pass it on to the Management. When I asked, and I had to repeat myself three times, if someone can address the issue I was repeat the same words as if I was talking to a robot. She never bothered to modify her answers or try to explain why it was so. Hence, it was pretty much pointless to continue the conversation. Thanks God the alarm went off a little while after. I’m shocked there’s no one after hours to address an emergency situations? I’m not sure about normal hours either. But What if there was something more serious, like a fire or a flood? On a positive side, apartments are spacious and relatively slightly less expensive then other communities. Yes, quite outdated but I guess you get what you pay for.

So far we have only been here for less then one week and this is by far horrible!!! Roaches everywhere, no hot water to shower in, sliding door sticks, bathroom sink had to be replaced, stain in living room wall , noise is horrible, oh and no key cards to do laundry!!!

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Hunter Bateman! I'm not a resident yet, but I've decided on Avondale for my living needs amongst a huge list of competitor apartments. Before he sold me on the great living space, extensive amenities, affordability, and square footage I desired, he sold me on himself. He's truly an amazing human being and deserves all the recognition. He was honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, all of which I find crucial to building trust with a company. He represents Avondale at Warner Center very well.
