My mother bought in 1977. We have been here for 41 years. It is great to be in the valley but not on the floor. You get ocean breezes cool night air. It is very quite pet friendly. But not great for kids other than the pool. Not great walking the fun to get placese. But my daughter did and we do have all ages you can make it work. Management is nice the workers are great.

I moved in two years ago and love it. I was told they had black outs before I moved in but they updated the transformers on the property and I don't think there's been one black out since I've been here. Great school district, close to the beach and all the standard conveniences are minutes away.

Space rent is like 1200 I believe but then you have to pay for the home itself. Not sure if your able to rent out entire homes though some people do rent rooms out though
No only senior we have babies as well some teens mid age couples lots of 60 and older. I hope this helps
