I had nothing but good experiences. When I first got the storage I had no idea how obtaining a unit worked or that there were upstairs downstairs etc. the employees ensured I got a bottom access unit to make it easier for me. Also, upon my exit I just needed the unit for a quick storage while moving there were some items I was unable to remove (small items) but in order to be helpful they removed it free of charge which in a crisis is a blessing as moving in itself is a huge expense. Location is awesome and employees are even better. Thanks guys!
